Do you intend to sell your property and would like to buy a new home, but cannot find the right replacement property? Then you are like many other property owners in the canton of Zug and the region. You search for months, even years, but find nothing. This has nothing to do with the fact that there are no more properties for sale on the Zug market, but because everyone is waiting for someone else.
This gave us the idea of the property exchange. This is an online tool (www.ImmoTinder.ch) where you can list your property anonymously and discreetly, but at the same time specify your search preferences. The system then searches and mashes up the properties and notifies you as soon as a suitable match has been found.
You wonder if it is even possible for properties and owners to go together? And yes, they do and we can confirm that. We were recently allowed to swap our first flat in the city of Zug with another flat in the city of Zug. And we are looking forward to the upcoming ones that will come soon.
It is important that we have the largest possible number of flats and houses in our inventory so that there is the best possible match. We currently have over 100 owners from the canton of Zug and the region in our database who are willing to exchange or sell.
