Analysis of the database of interested parties, information to all interested parties with a search profile in our database, marketing in the surrounding area, informing neighbours, putting up a sales sign (if desired), print advertising in daily & weekly newspapers (if agreed), distribution of flyers in the immediate vicinity (only for special properties), exposé display in the shop window, online marketing, online exposé in property portals such as: homegate, partly Immoscout24, icasa, online exposé on our website, placement in partner websites (affiliate marketing), if necessary creation of a Google Adwords advertisement.
3. inspection and sale
